Intelligent Transportation

Evangelos I. Kaisar, Ph.D., is an expertise in freight, network modeling, sustainability and intelligent transportation systems. His work will help address critical issues affecting the operation and safety of freight transportation systems around the nation. Kaisar is an associate professor for the FAU Department of Civil, Environment and Geomatics Engineering, and the director of Multimodal Intelligent Transportation Systems Laboratory. Kaisar is funded with $1.4 million from the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) for the Freight Mobility Research Institute project.
