Professional Studies Program Requirements Overview
To earn the Bachelor of Professional Studies, students must complete all of the following requirements:
- FAU General Education or AA Degree from a public Florida college/university
- Gordon Rule - Communication & Computation Skills
- Civic Literacy (if applicable)
- Foreign Language Entrance Requirement
- Professional Studies Core Competencies (see options below)
- 120 total credit hour minimum (this includes):
- 45 upper division (3000-4999 level) credit hour minimum
- 30 upper division credit hours earned at FAU minimum
- 9 summer credit hours minimum (if applicable)
- 2.0 FAU GPA Minimum
